FISHING REPORT - NOV 7

Fishing is very good now folks! Plenty of very good opportunities if you are able to find a good window of ideal weather conditions, depending on the location & target species.

Lots of Brown trout being caught now in the usual places like Jordan, Port Dalhousie Harbour & the lower Niagara River. Some Steelhead (Rainbow Trout) are showing up too. Fresh roe or imitations like yarn or beads are the ticket. Water color currently is good for now. 

On Lake Erie the Smallmouth bass fishing is very good. Tube jigs & drop shot always good choices but the blade bait & jigging spoon bite is very good now. The Canadian waters season is open until Nov 30.

Very good perch Perch fishing still happening on Lake Erie too. Crystal beach & Port Colborne, as well as Long point bay.

Bay Of Quinte Walleye fishing is good too. good luck to those in the Fish n Chips tournament there this weekend.

Some excellent Muskie fishing is happening too on Lake St Clair & the Niagara River.
