FISHING REPORT UPDATE - TUES JULY 2

If you have been missing out on the excellent fishing happening on lake Ontario, well then you really have been missing out.

 

The action has been nothing short of epic all over of late. Port Dalhousie, Grimsby, Bronte, Credit & Toronto still has lots of fish. for the most part 80-130 FOW continues to be the best water. 35-70 ft down.

Its been a solid spoon bite in the mornings & evenings with meat & flasher /flies going well during the day,

The Great Ontario Salmon Derby is underway, we'll continue to keep you updated on the latest news.

The Lake Erie walleye fishing is still good, but  has slowed a bit around Port Colborne & Maitland currently but will pick up again very soon. Naticoke & around to Burwell, Bruce & further west continues to be very good.

For Lake Erie Smallmouth Bass, the shallow post spawn is over & they are transitioning a little deeper  now, 10-20 FOW. Tubes, Neds & Drop shots.
